Cancellations & Returns

This applies to items purchased from this site only.

We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within two (2) weeks prior to your cruise date.

Please note: Protaras Boat Charters accepts no liability for tickets booked in error.

 

  • Services are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the service will not be operating by the boat operator on the booked date.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you fail to settle the deposit/balance payment by the deadline given.

  • We accept no liability for the consequences of your delayed arrival.

  • We accept no liability for the consequences of your arrival at a wrong departure point.

  • All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable current rates.

  • Transaction charges are non refundable.

  • Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.

  • The cardholders name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.

  • Late reply does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

  • The user will indemnify Protaras Boat Charters against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.
