Why should i charter a boat?

Perhaps you are not celebrating a special day or a specific occasion and just wish to enjoy sailing around the east coast of the  island enjoying the breathtaking views at your leisure. You can charter the vessel of your choice, allowing you just the right vehicle to create the atmosphere you wish to relax or party on.

What is the minimum duration of charter and how are the rates calculated?

Charter rates are quoted per hour and number of guests for the hire of the yacht. Three hours is generally the minimum charter duration, and it is ideal for a simple sightseeing cruise around the coastline. For special occasion cruises and parties requiring food, it is always suggested for cruises to be of four hours plus, to enjoy the cruise to the fullest.

What are the payment terms for a charter?

A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is payable by link. This confirms your booking. The remaining 50%, plus any additional agreed services added later on, is payable by link one week before the charter commences.

Do all boats accept children on board?

All our vessels are very welcoming to children, however please note that the crew cannot provide child minding or babysitting services.

Can I smoke on board the yacht?

For safety reasons, smoking in cabins and staterooms is prohibited on all yachts. Some yachts will allow smoking in designated outdoor areas.

What is included within the charter rate?

Most charter rates include all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks and managed by a crew. Any other additional services requested are payable by the charterer. Please note that, occasionally, a boat may offer a variation on the terms described above. Our brokers will provide full details of any charter terms that vary from standard terms.

What do I need to do to secure my boat charter?

All charters are subject to availability, so once the availability for your chosen yacht has been verified; you will receive a confirmation email and link for the deposit.

Can I specify the food and drinks to be served aboard?

Once sending your inquiry you have the option to add any special requirements, including food and drink options. This will enable us and the crew of your chosen boat to ensure that everything possible is done to make your charter a wonderful experience.
